As a Project Manager for the 2025 ARMD annual fashion show, I led the production of 'Show Your Work: A Look Behind the Seams', a collaborative event that offered a behind-the-scenes look at fashion design, creation, and presentation. This year’s show featured senior capstone collections, community boutique partnerships, and an adaptive design project in collaboration with Gigi’s Playhouse- A Down syndrome achievement center in Fargo,ND.
I was responsible for overseeing the planning process, facilitating communication between student teams and faculty advisors, and keeping all elements of the show on track. My focus was set on set design and model organization, developing a cohesive flow for the show, coordinating model fittings and lineups, and ensuring all backstage operations ran smoothly.
This role strengthened my leadership, organization, and creative problem-solving skills as I managed deadlines, delegated responsibilities, and made decisions that aligned with the show’s overall vision and values. It was an exciting opportunity to bring together creativity, community, and logistics in a high-impact, real-world event.
